The School Advisory Council (SAC) of St. Malachy Catholic Church exists to provide guidance, advice, and stewardship to the
Principal and Pastor in their roles of overseeing St. Malachy Catholic School. In fulfilling this ministry, we are guided by the
"Five Essential Marks of Catholic Schools," as outlined in The Holy See’s Teaching on Catholic Schools:

• A Catholic school is inspired by a supernatural vision.
• It is grounded in Christian anthropology.
• It fosters a spirit of communion and community.
• Its curriculum is imbued with a Catholic worldview.
• It is sustained by Gospel witness.
