Dear parents,

• We have changed the Christmas program (pre-2) to Thursday December 16th at 1:00 p.m. in the church.  We will have it live streamed and posted on our YouTube channel.  I apologize for this change.  

• La Posada will be at church Sunday, December 12.  Students in grades 1 - 8 may participate.  We need actors and readers.  Sign ups are due to Mrs. McCorkill ( ) or Sra. Owen ( ) by this Friday, November 12.  More information can be found in my links and resources.

• Information for the running club which is for grades 2-8 can be found in my links and resources.

• This week we are celebrating Vocations week, we are doing a casual for a cause, tomorrow, November 9th for $1.00.  Proceeds will be going towards a gift for Deacon Matthew.

• Tuesday November 23rd we dismiss  at 1:00, Extended day is open.

• Mr. Tapscott is in need of Lysol/Clorox wipes and spray.  Middle School students can earn 3 points for their House for each item they turn in.  Parents can earn a service hour for every $10.00 that is spent. 

• The form to sign up to volunteer in the cafe can be found in my links and resources, we really need people on Wednesday and Thursday. This is a fun way to see your kids and earn your service hours.

• Information for picture retakes or for students who were absent can be found in my links and resources.  Retakes will be November 11th.

• There are no home events for this week.

• The flyer for dine-to-donate on November 8th, supporting our PTO can be found in my links and resources.

• Students may now wear shorts year round.

• Extended day is looking to hire a few people, including high school students. If you know anyone interested, contact Benita Wheeler .

• The cafe is still looking for someone to work from 10 to 1 out in the cafeteria with the students.

• I will communicate via email to classes with a COVID-19 positive case, call close contacts and update the COVID dashboard weekly below. 

•  If your child or anyone in your household tests positive, please let Mrs. Bell and I know. If we do not report it, the health department will contact us. 

• We are looking to build up our substitute list.  If you were on it last year, please confirm you would like to remain on it. If you would like to be added, please let me know ASAP so we can complete the necessary paperwork.

•  If you utilize extended day or are in the late line, you can only TEXT(463)209-9650 no longer call the pickup line for it will not be answered.  In the event you must speak to Mrs. Wheeler please contact her at (317) 852-2242 ext 7204  Finally, when you arrive:
