Dear parents,

• Mr. Tapscott is in need of Lysol/Clorox wipes and spray.  Middle School students can earn 3 points for their House for each item they turn in.  Parents can earn a service hour for every $10.00 that is spent.

• October 13,14, and 15 are 1:00 dismissals, extended day is open all three days.

• Fall Break is October 18 - 22.

• For grades k-3 you need to sign up for a parent/teacher conference at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A044AA9A82D6-parentteacher1.  For preschool and grades 4-8th you simply drop in

• Teachers will communicate to you their plan to keep a student on track and engaged in the event of a quarantine.  

• Morning drop off safety:  if using the back drop off please pull through do not back out of your parking spot for there have been many near misses with accidents and children

• Extended day is looking to hire a few people, including high school students. If you know anyone interested, contact Benita Wheeler .

• The cafe is still looking for someone to work from 10 to 1 out in the cafeteria with the students.

• I will communicate via email to classes with a COVID-19 positive case, call close contacts and update the COVID dashboard weekly below. 

•  If your child or anyone in your household tests positive, please let Mrs. Bell and I know. If we do not report it, the health department will contact us. 

• We are looking to build up our substitute list.  If you were on it last year, please confirm you would like to remain on it. If you would like to be added, please let me know ASAP so we can complete the necessary paperwork.

•  If you utilize extended day or are in the late line, you can only TEXT(463)209-9650 no longer call the pickup line for it will not be answered.  In the event you must speak to Mrs. Wheeler please contact her at (317) 852-2242 ext 7204  Finally, when you arrive:
